exclude withdrawn player from an all play all standings but keep graded games

It could be considered unfair if a player who has withdrawn from an all play all affects the standings as some people didn't get a chance to play them or lost to them. So it would be desirable to be able to exclude them. One possible way to implement this would be to only include players who were in the player list in the standings. The drop down in the match card would need to include any players already in the match in addition to those in the player list in case the match round got edited. This has the advantage of allowing inactive players to be removed from the player lists without harm as well.
