Allow user to change event name put into grading file.

Unless I am missing something there is at present no facility to set the event name in a grading file; it is (presumably) taken from the organisation name. This is fine as a default, but means I need to remember to edit the B'ham Summer League file by hand to change the event name to distinguish it from the main league.
(generating all events in one file ? )
