Generate online fixture dates every two weeks.

It would be useful to be able to generate online fixtures every fortnight (for example) starting at 19:30. Currently, the start time for the fixture appears to be taken from each club's start time for OTB matches. Normally this is 19:30 but certain clubs start at different times (e.g. Harrow at 19:15 and Staines at 19:00). This means it is necessary to edit the start time of each of their fixtures by hand. In addition, it appears that this may confuse the fixture generation. Instead of generating matches every two weeks, certain matches are being generated after three weeks, after which everything gets out of sync.
