Players with no grade (rating) report

I was hoping to use this report to find instances of players without a rating (local or official). However, it shows players who we have removed from our player lists. They presumably remain associated with one of our league's clubs for the ECF lists, which is fine, and I guess that's why appear in the report. However, there is really no action to take about these players. They aren't active (at least not with us). As such, I feel like such players should not appear in the report as they clutter it up and make it quite a lot harder to find the cases where we have active players (or due to be active players) who lack a rating.

Updating it to only include players in player lists should be an easy change.
