- Change view team to format the team details in a table and link to the team captain.
- Change the url for an event and the associated links, to improve the help.
- Bug fix - error message for player view if no membership status
- Bug fix - link to match from knockout standings.
- Bug fix - non member report showing wrong date for membership list
- Bug fix - a few links were going to the wrong places following the previous update
