Southbourne B v Highcliffe B
A Wimborne team without the experienced Steve Pollyn found themselves heavily outgraded on all boards. They did well on top boards.

Some interesting games that
Some interesting games that didnt go Wimborne's way on the night . In particular board 4 where the inexperienced Sam Brewer failed to capitalise on a 2 Pawn advantage that really should have been enough . Stuart Mallon was desperately unlucky in a tight endgame running on increments where Russell was able to push his Pawns through to promote .
