We found the new venue ideal
We found the new venue ideal for playing chess, board 1 was agreed a draw early on. Boards 3 and 4 finished roughly at the same time.
Where Robert appeared to be winning but allowed Simon to nick the win. Sam being a minor piece up went on to win by giving the piece back for a
pawn weaking Alan's King's position. Board 2 went on until the end, the advantage kept swinging, Richard proved too strong for me in a rook, Bishop and pawns
ending.
