David Aspinall had the bishop in a bishop v knight ending: the knight was well placed and a draw resulted. Graham Taylor produced a good attack against Peter Wilson but Peter defended well to score a draw. Andrei and Ben played a quiet Sicilian which ended in a draw. John Cox played well to score a win against Graham Smith. Overall, a good result for Lytham 4.
