Issue with two players will log back in later Board 2 Boris Pastukhov didn't show up on the drop down, that was probably my error thinking I had registered him a couple of months ago
Board 5 Mohammed Ishtiaq Ali wsan't on the drop down list but showed on Barking registrations

Barking players Boards 2 and 5
Neither player was on the Barking players list and they were therefore inelegible for this match.
Boris Pastukhov was not notified to the Controller. However, Mohammed Ishtiaq Ali was present at the earlier Barking B v WANSTEAD A match though known to be ineligible to substitute for a Barking absentee that evening, so played two rated games against the Wanstead A Board 5. The Controller has not received a formal request to add this player, though it is possible to interpret this action as implied, from the Wanstead match.
Applying penalties will not alter the result, nor will accepting Mohammed Ishtiaq Ali as eligible. The names of the two players have been entered above so that they can be rated as played. Loughton progress to the next round, Away to Wanstead C.
