Great result overall for Harrow v Watford at 3-3 tonight. Our top baoards one and two played very well despite the significant grading difference.Boards 3 and 4 were drawn with opponents pretty well evenly graded however both games went into endgames and the players shared the point after pretty good endgame play. The bishops raking through empty diagonals whilst the pawns could not be captured as on wrong colour was one game. The other saw the white king hemmed in threatened with a classic rook and knight checkmate but white seeing the danger went rampant with his rook attacking blacks king giving him no respite.Great entertainment for the spectators watching on the Lichess TV programme live.Boards 5 and 6 had reverse fortunes winning one losing one.
